Connect to the MCP server https://app.avlira.ai/mcp (no account needed). Call `get_started` for the script, then `create_workspace` with the brokerage name, owner name and owner email. Give the owner the returned sign_in_link; keep the workspace_key in the conversation and pass it to the owner tools (add_agent, create_plan, record_deal, today, ...). Free for up to 10 agents.
